Job Description

The Human Resource Personnel will play a critical role in supporting the overall strategy and objectives of HR-ON-WHEELS. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Selection:

    The Human Resource Personnel will assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various positions within the company.

  2. Onboarding and Orientation:

    The Human Resource Personnel will support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.

  3. Employee Records and Compliance:

    The Human Resource Personnel will maintain employee records and ensure that all HR-related documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.

  4. Employee Benefits and Payroll:

    The Human Resource Personnel will help manage employee benefits, payroll, and performance evaluations to ensure timely and accurate processing.

  5. Employee Relations:

    The Human Resource Personnel will assist in resolving employee relations issues by providing guidance and support to both management and staff.

  6. Training and Development:

    The Human Resource Personnel will coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, promote growth, and align with company goals.

  7. HR Policies and Procedures:

    The Human Resource Personnel will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive workplace.

  8. Employee Engagement:

    The Human Resource Personnel will organize and participate in employee engagement activities, ensuring employees feel valued and motivated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software (HRMS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
