We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Imoniyame Holdings ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure performance.
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments for senior management.
- Handle phone calls, correspondence, and other communications.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Prepare timely reports and presentations as assigned.
- Provide assistance to colleagues as required.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in office or business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, assistant, or similar role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software (ERP, etc.).
- Certifications in secretarial studies are a plus.
