We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Officer to join our team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR functions, implementing people engagement initiatives, coordinating communication with candidates, and driving the performance management system in our organization.

About You

• You hold a degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field.
• You have at least 2 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary and other day-to-day disciplinary issues.
2. Review and develop relevant company policies and procedures.
3. Provide information regarding employee conduct and absences.
4. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on time.

Requirements

• A degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year. The benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
