Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Description: Ipnx Nigeria is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
2. Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, including conducting site visits and assessing supplier performance.
3. Negotiating contracts and prices with suppliers.
4. Managing the procurement process, including requisitioning, tendering, and purchasing.
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
6. Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
7. Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
• Professional certification in procurement, such as CIPS or ISM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
