Job Description:
The Business Intelligence Analyst - Operations will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. This individual will collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize resource allocation, and inform strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of changes on business outcomes.
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or business analysis.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with machine learning or AI-based analytics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
