Logistics Support Specialist

Job Overview:

TollyClassic Delivery is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist to play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and last-mile delivery process.

• Support daily inventory operations, including stock management and dispatch coordination to ensure seamless logistics.
• Monitor inventory levels closely and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Officer in a timely manner.
• Assist riders with delivery schedules and facilitate timely dispatch to meet customer expectations.
• Track deliveries accurately and update the system with confirmation notifications to maintain efficient communication.
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager as needed, contributing to the team's success.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations within the warehouse environment.

• Operational Efficiency: Maintain an on-time dispatch rate of at least 95% to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Proactively identify and report potential stock shortages before they impact warehouse operations.
• Timeliness: Ensure accurate and timely dispatch tracking and confirmation updates.
• Collaboration: Foster effective working relationships with the warehouse and delivery teams to optimize overall logistics efficiency.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and record-keeping.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
