We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Maintenance Repair and Overhauling division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of our workshop, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Delegation of Assignments/Tasks

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to workshop staff/Managers with clear expectations and deadlines.
2. Supervision & Coordination

• Implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity in the workshop.
• Monitor the performance of direct reports and provide guidance to improve teamwork and outcomes.
3. Project Management
Manage projects efficiently, balancing costs, timeframe, resources, and client needs.
4. Reporting

• Communicate regularly with executive management on MRO activities, challenges, and recommendations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on workshop activities, project completions, and other key metrics.
5. Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of services performed, inventory levels, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with the procurement officer to obtain necessary parts and materials.
• Account for all workshop tools and equipment.
6. Manpower Requisition & Performance Management

• Advise management on staffing needs and skill requirements for MRO projects.
• Develop a culture of excellence through leadership, coaching, and performance management.
7. Customer Retention

• Engage with clients to discuss vehicle status and repair progress.
• Oversee post-repair services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Deliver high-quality services and repairs that meet customer expectations.
