Responsibilities:
  Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services
  Utilize various dialing techniques (cold calling, warm calling etc.) to reach potential clients
  Quality lead generation by assessing customer interest, needs, and budget
  Gather and record customer information accurately in CRM systems
  Persuade potential customers to make a purchase and handle customer complaints effectively

Requirements:
  Degree in any reputable course
  1-2 years experience as a credit officer in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
  Fluency in English and at least one other Nigerian language (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa)
