Retail Sales Associate

FESTAN FOODS is seeking a skilled and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.

Job Summary:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Transactions: Process transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
• Store Environment: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
• Inventory Control: Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 6-12 months of retail experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic math skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
