Prayer Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Prayer Coordinator at Pursuing Holiness, you will lead and actively participate in watch night prayers, maintaining a vigilant and alert presence from 12 midnight to 6 a.m., every day. This role requires a strong foundation of prayer, spiritual encouragement, and support to fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead watch night prayers, fostering a spirit of attentiveness, devotion, and intercession.
Partner with designated prayer team members, promoting unity and focus on shared prayer objectives.
Support the Director's vision by establishing a strong foundation of prayer during the watch night hours.
Provide spiritual encouragement to fellow team members, helping to cultivate a consistent and committed environment of prayer.
Assist in developing prayer groups and coordinating additional prayer activities, as directed by leadership.

Requirements:

Experience in prayer ministry or leading intercessory prayer teams is ideal.
Ability to engage and encourage others to stay spiritually focused during extended prayer times.
Strong sense of spiritual discernment and dedication to fostering a prayer-centered environment.
