Estuary Business Solution Ltd seeks a talented Motion Designer & Video Editor to lead the creation of captivating visual content. As a key member of our team, you will craft engaging videos for social media, blogs, ads, and campaigns, driving brand recognition and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality animated content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee cohesive design and alignment with business objectives.
• Apply design principles and feedback to refine creative strategy and elevate brand guidelines.
• Manage our content library and produce compelling video presentations for conferences and internal use.

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in video production, editing, and motion design, including workflow management and adherence to brand visual guidelines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in aesthetics, design principles, and effective communication of intended messages.
• Proficiency in fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, composition, branding) and ability to articulate design thinking and rationale.
• Expertise in creating impactful videos optimized for social media engagement and knowledge of AI and editing tools for video and animation production.
• Proficient in design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Google Workspace.
