Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled High-Level Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Blakskill Limited. As the cornerstone of executive operations, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, schedules, and travel plans to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Mastery:
    • Optimize the CEO's calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management and conflict resolution.
    • Coordinate and manage high-stakes meetings, appointments, and events, from preparation to follow-up.
  • Exceptional Documentation & Communication:
    • Craft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision and clarity.
    • Safeguard confidential information, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and trust.
  • Streamlined Administrative Processes:
    • Innovate and implement effective administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Continuously improve procedures to support the CEO's strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners.
  • Strategic and Operational Support:
    • Provide comprehensive support on special projects and initiatives through thorough research and insightful analysis.
    • Skilled project management.
    • Proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Industry Insight & Awareness:
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, offering valuable insights and recommendations to the CEO.
  • Collaborative Teamwork:
    • Work closely with senior leaders and teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
    • Lead and coordinate special events, projects, and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of finance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
