Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Consultant to join our team. As a Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for creating customized travel itineraries that meet our clients' expectations. You will interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies to understand client needs and preferences.">
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable travel destinations, tour packages, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.">
• Prepare and present detailed itineraries to clients, including information on attractions, activities, and costs.">
• Make reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.">
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, local guides, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel arrangements.">
• Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and any necessary documentation.">
• Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments to provide up-to-date information to clients.">
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.">
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.">
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote tour packages and attract new clients.">
• Conduct research and gather feedback to continuously improve the quality of tour packages and services offered.">
• Evaluate and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to the travel industry.">

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or any related field.">
• At least 1 year proven work experience as a Tour Consultant/Vacation Expert or in a similar role within the travel industry.">
• In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations, attractions, and tour packages.">
• Strong customer service and communication skills.">
• Strong marketing skills.">
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.">
• Attention to detail and accuracy in itinerary preparation and reservation bookings.">
• Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and travel planning software.">
