Metalcraft Technician Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Metallurgy Technician Lead to oversee all metal fabrication and maintenance operations at EKO MAINTENANCE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of projects.
2. Supervise and coordinate the work of junior technicians to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide technical guidance.
4. Maintain accurate records of work completed and progress made.
5. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or lead role within metal fabrication or maintenance.
• Relevant qualifications in metallurgy or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
