Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Lagos market.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings.Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals.Collaborate with marketing teams to effectively communicate promotional campaigns.Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.Utilize CRM software to track and report sales activities.Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the brand. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software.Strong analytical skills to assess market data and adapt strategies.Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.Willingness to travel within the region as needed.Fluency in both English and local languages is preferred.
