1. Farmer Training & SupportOrganize and deliver training sessions for farmers on GAP, agroforestry, pest and disease management, and post -harvest handling.Support farmers in adopting climate -smart and sustainable agricultural practices.Promote farmer awareness on child labor prevention, gender inclusion, and environmental stewardship.2. Sustainability Program ImplementationAssist in the implementation of sustainability and certification standards (Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, or company -specific programs).Monitor farmer compliance with sustainability and regulatory frameworks such as EUDR.Distribute and monitor the use of inputs such as seedlings, shade trees, and personal protective equipment (PPE). 3. Data Collection & TraceabilityRegister farmers into digital systems and conduct polygon mapping of cashew farms.Ensure accurate and timely data entry for farmer profiles and production records.Support internal audits, verifications, and traceability checks.4. Community EngagementAct as the company's representative at community level and maintain positive relationships with farmer groups and cooperatives.Support implementation of livelihood, youth, and women empowerment initiatives in cashew -growing areas.Report on challenges faced by farmers and recommend solutions to supervisors.5. Reporting & FeedbackPrepare and submit timely field reports, including farmer training attendance, compliance status, and community feedback.Highlight risks, challenges, and success stories from the field to inform program improvement. RequirementsQualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Environmental Science, or related field. At least 2–3 years of field experience in cashew or other agricultural value chains. Experience in training farmers and implementing sustainability programs is preferred. Knowledge of certification standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., EUDR) is an advantage. Proficiency in digital data collection tools (ODK, Kobo, FarmForce, etc.) and MS Office applications. Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with farmers and community leaders. Ability to conduct farmer trainings and demonstrations effectively. Good organizational skills and attention to detail in data collection. Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural communities. Commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and rural development.
