About Us:
Caring Habitat is a 40-room, purpose-built inpatient skilled nursing and rehabilitation hospital designed to complement the health outcomes of patients through the delivery robust rehabilitation program.

Position Overview:

We seek a compassionate and detail-oriented Physiotherapist, who will be tasked with the operation and administration of physiotherapy to patient.

Key Responsibilities:

· Physiotherapy consultations to inpatients and outpatients.

· Responsible for initial review of new patients for admission and proposing physiotherapy care plan.

· Daily physiotherapy sessions also for inpatients and outpatients.

· Clinical documentation.

· Preparation of clinical reports, discharge summaries etc.

· Preparation of physiotherapy reports cascaded for management's decision.

· Any other delegated responsibility as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Physiotherapy
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Physiotherapy

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently

Pay Package

• Net salary 250,000
