You're the face of the restaurant — friendly, attentive, and always ready to serve. As a Server, you ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience, from taking accurate orders to delivering meals promptly. You'll communicate effectively with the kitchen and cashier teams, ensure meals on display are replenished on time, and maintain a clean, organized service area.

Your Mission (Responsibilities)

• Welcome and attend to guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Guide guests in selecting dishes and make recommendations on complementary items.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately via the POS system or e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure all orders are filled quickly, accurately, and of high quality.
• Communicate with the production team when displayed meals reach replenish levels.
• Maintain a tidy and well-stocked service station with packaging materials and serving utensils.
• Collaborate with the chef, cooks, and cashier to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Receive guest feedback or complaints positively and follow up for timely resolution.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties of the dining area and service station.
• Deliver memorable guest service experiences at all times.

Life in This Role

• Shifts: Monday – Sunday (one day off)
• Location: Lagos
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Team-oriented and guest-focused environment.
• Travel when necessary

What You Need to Bring

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or restaurant operations (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team spirit.
• A positive attitude and attention to detail.
