Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commission Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ibadan. The responsibilities include identifying potential clients, promoting our estates, assisting clients with property purchases, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve building relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and maintaining knowledge of Adron Homes' product offerings.

  • Sales aptitude, negotiation abilities, and a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in market research and an understanding of real estate trends
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Self-motivation and proven ability to meet sales targets
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage
  • Minimum of a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
