Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant and Bar Manager at one of our Lagos locations. The responsibilities include managing daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food and beverage standards, implementing sales strategies, and overseeing staff training and performance. The role also involves inventory management, cost control, and handling customer feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to foster relationships with guests, address inquiries, and ensure a pleasant customer experience
  • Expertise in Food & Beverage management, including menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining quality standards
  • Proficiency in Training and Staff Development to ensure a well-trained and motivated team
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing to create and implement strategies for revenue growth
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage the restaurant and bar operations
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant and Bar Manager or a similar role is highly advantageous
