  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance/Project Engineer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations and manage engineering projects to ensure efficiency and functionality within our operations.
  • This role requires strong technical expertise and project management skills to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in equipment and systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve engineering challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical
  • Proven experience in maintenance and project management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools is an advantage.
  • Certification in project management or relevant technical fields is a plus.
