AMS Finance is seeking a smart, articulate, and proactive Law Graduate currently undergoing the NYSC program to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Legal and Compliance functions of the company, assisting with documentation, contract reviews, policy drafting, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a young legal professional to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry while developing core corporate and compliance skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Support the Legal Officer in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Maintain and update legal and compliance documentation and records.
  • Conduct basic legal research and prepare internal memos or reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team.
  • Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders as may be required.
  • Participate in company meetings and contribute to corporate governance documentation.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.

  • Currently serving as an NYSC Corper (posted to Abuja or willing to work in Abuja).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₦70,000.00 per month
