Job Summary:

A bakery/restaurant in Wuse is urgently looking for a skilled Pastry Expert to prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods. The ideal candidate must be experienced, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake pastries, doughs, breads, cakes, and desserts to standard.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Follow recipes or create new pastry ideas when required.
• Manage baking schedules to ensure timely production.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry workstation.
• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef/Baker.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking tools, and ingredients.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and ability to multitask.
• Must reside in Wuse or nearby areas.
