The Content Creator will be the face and voice of Tuteria's brand across digital and social platforms. What You'll Do

  • Content Creation & Presentation

→ Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos that people can't ignore.

  • Scriptwriting & Storytelling

→ Turn learning into entertainment with skits, breakdowns, and relatable stories.

  • Trendspotting

→ Jump on viral sounds, memes, and formats fast, while adding the Tuteria spin.

  • Collaboration

→ Work with strategists, designers, and the marketing team to launch big campaigns.

  • Performance & Iteration

→ Test content, track engagement, and refine for max virality.

Who You Are

  • You're confident on camera — funny, relatable, and authentic.

  • You love experimenting with TikTok/IG trends.

  • You know your way around CapCut, Premiere, or other editing tools.

  • 2+ years creating content (your own platforms count).

  • You believe education + creativity = unstoppable content.

  • Able to
    balance education with entertainment

  • Portfolio of content you've created (personal TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube channel welcome).

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Presentation

  • Act as the brand ambassador and primary on-screen talent for Tuteria.
  • Develop, record, and present engaging educational and promotional videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Deliver brand messages, product updates, and educational tips in an authentic and relatable style.
  • Ensure all video content reflects Tuteria's voice, tone, and values.

Scriptwriting & Storytelling

  • Collaborate with the content strategist and creative team to develop scripts, storyboards, and video concepts.
  • Adapt complex educational topics into simple, engaging, and creative narratives.
  • Incorporate storytelling techniques to inspire and connect with target audiences.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experiment with new styles, formats, and creative approaches to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Recommend innovative ideas to enhance Tuteria's digital presence and visibility.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with video editors, designers, and the social media team to deliver high-quality final content.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Provide input into the overall creative direction of Tuteria's content strategy.

Performance Tracking & Improvement

  • Review video performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) to identify what resonates most with the audience.
  • Adjust content style, length, and format based on audience insights and feedback.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance reach, engagement, and brand affinity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Media, Communications, Performing Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, video presenting, or acting (portfolio/showreel required).
  • 3- 5 years' experience in content and video creation (preferably in education, media, or tech).
  • Strong on-camera presence, with excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and content formats (short-form and long-form).
  • Creative, energetic, and adaptable, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
