Job Position: Operations Assistant

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Operations & Strategy Lead

Role Purpose

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations within the Growth Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle petty cash, procurement, and documentation.
  • Update trackers, take meeting notes, and schedule reviews.
  • Support onboarding and HR coordination.
  • Ensure all operational records are complete and organized.

KPIs

  • 95% task completion.
  • Updated trackers and clear documentation.
  • Zero missed internal deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 – 3 years in admin or coordination roles.
  • Excellent documentation and multitasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel.

Salary

N150,000 / month.
