Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing a busy restaurant or eatery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise kitchen, service, and front-of-house staff.
• Ensure top-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
• Monitor sales, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Train, schedule, and motivate staff to meet performance goals.
• Implement operational strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a restaurant, eatery, or hospitality outlet.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage fast-paced operations and multitask.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, POS systems, and stock control.
• Must reside in or around Dugbe, Ibadan
