Job Summary

We are a leading real estate firm seeking an exceptional Senior Graphics Designer to elevate our brand identity and drive engagement through compelling visual and motion content. He/She will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing premium digital and print assets that align with our luxury real estate positioning and support comprehensive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality visuals for all platforms (digital, print, OOH), ensuring absolute brand consistency and premium aesthetic across every touchpoint.

  • Create, edit, and optimize engaging motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and promotional video content to enhance brand storytelling and digital campaigns.

  • Translate complex marketing strategies and product narratives into impactful, visually immersive design solutions for corporate presentations, launches, and events.

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of concurrent design projects from concept to final production, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and effective coordination with external vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years in a senior design role, preferably within a luxury brand, creative agency, or the real estate sector.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing is mandatory.

  • A strong, professional portfolio showcasing exceptional creativity, advanced design aesthetics, and proven capability in both static and motion design.

  • Exceptional visual storytelling ability, acute attention to luxury detailing, strong organizational skills, and a passion for integrating innovative design trends.
