Role Overview

WakaFoods Express Ltd is seeking proactive and result-driven Marketing Consultants to join our growing team. This role is focused on expanding brand visibility, driving merchant partnerships, increasing customer acquisition, and supporting marketing campaigns that enhance the overall Wakafoods experience.

The ideal candidate is strategic, persuasive, and passionate about connecting people, food, and technology through impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and partnership prospects.
  • Support campaign planning and activation across digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations, and customer support teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent Wakafoods at promotional events, product demos, and community activations.
  • Initiate engagement on Wakafoods' services and promotional programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or the food service industry is a plus.
  • Strong passion for brand building, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
