The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and driving innovation to support business growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the company's IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Managing the IT team, ensuring 99.9% server uptime
  • Administering data processing for financial card personalization, network administration, IT security, system maintenance, and optimizing IT workflows.
  • Lead IT projects, implement automation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information Technology, Computer science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support
  • Knowledge of EMV would be an additional advantage.
