Fortis Aura is not a commodity vendor; we are a high-margin, single-source asset sales and service company. Our core commitment is the Fortis Aura Service Covenant (FASC)—a mandatory, long-term service agreement that guarantees asset longevity and is our primary profit engine.
We need a Sales Consultant who can operate as the crucial filtration point for our premium model. This is not high-volume transactional sales; it is high-friction, consultative selling centered on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and the guaranteed value of our FASC.
Your Core Focus: Lead Qualification and Audit Execution
You are the gatekeeper of our pipeline's quality. You will execute the initial qualification and clearly articulate the high-value of our consultative, audit process. Your mandate is to screen out the commodity buyers and shepherd high-potential leads into the Strategic Sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Filtration: Rigorously screen all inbound leads from the Contact Page, determining their fit for our premium, FASC-mandated model. Your goal is quality over quantity.
* Operation Audit Sales: Sell the value of our initial, mandatory Tier 1, 2 & 3 Audit. Clearly explain that this TCO-focused audit is the necessary first step to any partnership and high-margin asset sale.
* Initial Findings Presentation: Present the initial Operational Audit findings to qualified prospects. This presentation must anchor the value proposition, justify the premium price, and establish the necessity of the long-term FASC.
* FASC Value Articulation: Be the expert on the Fortis Aura Service Covenant (FASC). You must effectively sell the long-term, high-value service commitment and consumables lock-in that defines our profitable business model.
* CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain immaculate records of all filtration, TCO discussions, and audit progression in the CRM, providing transparent data on lead-to-audit conversion.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) You Will Own
* Number of Tier 1 Audits Booked (Primary Filtration Metric)
* Lead-to-Audit Conversion Time
* Consumables Adoption Rate in new contracts you initiate
* Quality Score on lead pipeline handed off to the Head of Strategic Sales & Consulting
What You Will Bring
* 3+ years of success in consultative sales, B2B services, or a technical field (Solar PV, IT infrastructure, or equivalent).
* A proven ability to sell a premium service and high-margin asset, not just a low-cost product. Experience with TCO or LCC (Life Cycle Costing) sales methodology is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you can simplify complex technical/financial value propositions and command a room.
* A disciplined, systematic approach to sales, comfortable with a high-friction, quality-focused funnel.
* High proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
