JOB TITLE

Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

REPORTS TO       

Maintenance Team Leader

JOB SUMMARY

JOB PURPOSE.

• Provide technical and organizational leadership to frontline E&I technicians 
• Lead execution of first-line E&I PMs and provide first-line troubleshooting and resolution of equipment failures. 
• Work preparer for E&I activities in the field

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Plan resources for the execution of E&I maintenance activities in the field within the 14 days plan.

1. Supervise E&I contractors in the field.
2. Execute Electrical & Instrumentation planned maintenance activities. 
3. Participate in planning meetings in the field.
4. Play role of Permit applicant for E&I PTW application.
5. Lead timely repair of failed equipment in the field and escalate issues to Maintenance Team Leader.
6. Accountable for the quality of feedback into the CMMS from completed activities.
7. Providing asset frontline with Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance troubleshooting and fault rectification. 
8. Enforcing compliance with HSE, Technical and Engineering Standards in the execution of maintenance within HHOG assets.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• E&I maintenance professional with industry experience - a substantial portion of experience must have been spent in leading frontline E&I maintenance activities in the Oil and Gas industry. 
• Knowledge of production operations.
• Effective interpersonal & teamwork skills. 
• Experience using CMMS.
• Ability to analyse and resolve field equipment failures and deploy resources to resolve. 
• Skilled in HSSE leadership & management
• Ability to prepare field reports to update leadership on status of activities in the field.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree or HND with minimum 5 years' experience in similar role

C&G or Trade school with minimum 10 years' experience in similar role.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is key.
• Proven evidence of sustained performance and delivery.
• Proven ability at troubleshooting E&I issues.
• Experience at participating in Root Cause Analysis
