IITA is a member of CGIAR, a global agriculture research partnership for a food secure future.We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position BelowJob Title: Research Support Officer – Research AdministrationRef No: STS2025-14Location: Ibadan, OyoEmployment Type: ContractContract: 6 months' renewableDutiesResearch SupportAssist in literature reviews, data collection and preliminary analysis.Support preparation of technical reports, presentations, and publications.Maintain research databases and documentation.Project CoordinationTrack project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.Coordinate meetings, workshops, and field visits.Liaise with project partners and stakeholders.Administrative SupportManage correspondence, scheduling and travel logistics.Assist in procurement and financial documentation.Maintain filing systems and records.Communication & ReportingDraft internal and external communications.Support donor reporting and documentation.Maintain project visibility through newsletters or updates.Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the Supervisor.QualificationsHND / Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Development Studies, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of three (3) years' experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.CompetenciesThe Ideal Candidate MustHave strong organizational and communication skills.Be experienced in research or project administration.Be proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools.BenefitsWe offer highly competitive salary with equally attractive benefits and excellent working conditions in a pleasant campus environment.Application Closing Date23rd October, 2025.Don't Keep Kindly Share:
