The Onboarding & Brand Relations Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with fashion brands and strategic partners. This role ensures that partner brands receive excellent service, contribute to platform growth, and align with the company's vision for multi-brand e-commerce excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Acquisition & Onboarding

  2. Identify and target potential fashion brands to onboard onto the platform.
    • Lead onboarding processes for new brands, ensuring smooth integration.

  3. Negotiate partnership agreements, including commission structures, pricing, and exclusivity arrangements.

  4. Relationship Management

  5. Maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners.

  6. Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners regarding operations, promotions, and queries.
  7. Proactively resolve conflicts or issues that may arise between the platform and partners.

  8. Strategic Growth

  9. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design co-branded campaigns and promotions.

  10. Provide insights into market trends, competitor strategies, and partner performance.
  11. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive revenue and growth.

  12. Performance Monitoring

  13. Track and report on partner performance metrics (sales, engagement, returns, customer feedback).

  14. Recommend improvements to operational workflows or partnership terms based on data analysis.
    • Ensure brands comply with platform standards and policies.

  15. Cross-functional Collaboration

  16. Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure partners are fully supported.

  17. Support initiatives that enhance the overall user experience for both brands and consumers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or brand relations in e-commerce or fashion retail.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
