We are looking for a dynamic
Team Lead, Institutional Sales
to manage relationships with institutional clients and drive sales growth within this segment. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of financial products, strategic planning, and leadership skills to meet revenue objectives and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with institutional investors and investment consultants.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales, marketing, and PR strategies across the Coronation ecosystem.
- Enhance the organization's credibility through excellent customer interactions.
- Lead business meetings, sales pitches, and negotiations with institutional investors.
- Develop and execute proactive relationship management strategies for existing accounts.
- Guide and oversee the performance of the institutional sales team.
- Educate clients on digital products and services offered by Coronation.
- Stay informed on new investment instruments, product types, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure all sales channels (digital and physical) are maintained and fully operational.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in institutional sales.
- MBA or CFA certification is an advantage.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of financial products and investment vehicles.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close business and build lasting client relationships.
