Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Agents to join our growing insurance team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of insurance products to new and existing clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.

* Educate prospective clients on available insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options.

Prepare and present customized insurance proposals to meet client needs.

* Maintain and update client records and sales activities.

* Achieve individual and team sales targets within stipulated timelines.

* Provide excellent after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.

* Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product awareness drives.

* Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

* Minimum of OND/NCE qualification (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).

* 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (experience in insurance is a plus).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Good organizational and reporting skills.

* Familiarity with the Ibadan market and environment
