Job Title: Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas Servicing)

Location: Port Harcourt

Industry: Oil & Gas Servicing

Salary: 800,000

Reports to: MD / GM

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong upstream oil & gas relationships to drive revenue growth, secure new contracts, and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute BD strategies to meet monthly revenue targets

  • Identify and engage new clients (IOCs, NOCs, EPCs, upstream operators)

  • Lead bids, proposals, and tender submissions

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business

  • Conduct market/competitor research and track opportunities

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

  • Manage BD pipeline, KPIs, and reporting

  • Support pricing, contract negotiation, and partnership development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering; MBA is a plus)

Minimum 5 years BD/sales experience in Oil & Gas servicing

Strong network within the upstream oil & gas sector

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and winning contracts

Excellent communication, negotiation & proposal writing skills

Good understanding of tendering, contracting & local content requirements

Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
