ITANDT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled
Software Solutions
Technical Lead
to oversee the architecture, design, and delivery of innovative software solutions across our client engagements. If you're passionate about building scalable systems, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence, this role is for you.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development of software solutions from concept to deployment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, set technical standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable systems. This role also involves mentoring developers and promoting best practices in Agile and DevOps environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tech stacks (e.g., Power Automate, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

What You'll Do

  • Lead architecture and development of software systems

  • Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and maintainable

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years
    of experience in software development and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of
