Job Title: Social Media Manager/Content Creator

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos (Proximity is important)

Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid (1 day onsite)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage our digital presence, create compelling content, and drive guest engagement. You will play a key role in shaping our brand online, increasing visibility, and growing bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social platforms.
  • Create high-quality visual and written content, including photos, graphics, videos, and captions.
  • Plan and manage a consistent posting schedule to maintain audience engagement.
  • Monitor trends and generate ideas for viral and engaging content.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and direct messages promptly, and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Track and report social media performance using KPIs (reach, engagement, bookings, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Skilled in graphic design, photography, and video editing tools.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Bonus:

  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or shortlet apartment marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • National Diploma (Required)
