TechnicalSupport & Maintenance·       Assist in the installation,calibration, and maintenance of smart/prepaid meters and relatedequipment.·       Diagnose and resolve technicalfaults in metering systems and power distribution networks.·       Conduct field inspections andtesting to ensure compliance with technical standards. ProjectAssistance·       Support engineers in projectexecution, including site surveys, system configurations, and documentation.·       Assist in testing andvalidation of new products and solutions. Documentation& Reporting·       Prepare technical reports,maintenance logs, and troubleshooting guides.·       Maintain accurate records ofequipment performance and service history.   Training& Supervision·       Provide technical guidance tojunior technicians and field teams.·       Assist in training clients andend -users on meter operations and energy management systems. Compliance& Safety·       Ensure all work complies with industrystandards (NEMSA, DISCOs, etc.) and safety regulations.·       Follow best practicesfor electrical safety and risk mitigation.
