Job Summary:

CSI Media is seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics and transport operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns, ensuring the efficient and timely movement of personnel, equipment, and materials across project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and deliveries for media productions and company operations.
  • Coordinate vehicle scheduling, route planning, and dispatching to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Monitor and manage drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Supervise loading, offloading, and proper handling of equipment and materials.
  • Develop cost-effective strategies for logistics and transport management.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistical operations.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and properly documented (licenses, insurance, etc.).
  • Report and resolve any logistics or transport-related challenges promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–5 years experience in logistics, transport coordination, or fleet management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Lagos routes, traffic flow, and alternative road networks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven reliability and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in record keeping and basic reporting tools.
  • Valid driver's license and good understanding of vehicle maintenance are an added advantage.
