The Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the initial stages of the sales cycle. The successful candidate will be skilled in identifying and prequalifying new leads. This is an on-site role based in our Lagos office, located on the Mainland, Ikeja (opposite 7up).
Responsibilities
Identify and source potential leads
Research and prequalify leads to ensure they meet our criteria
Analyze market trends to identify new lead opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads
Communicate with senior decision-makers to gather insights
Compensation
Basic Salary: 100 GBP k Naira)
Monthly Commissions: Can be as high as 500k to 1M Naira if leads convert to deals
Uncapped commission – unlimited earning potential
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience in the lead generation industry
Understanding of international markets is a plus
CRM experience is preferred
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Excellent comprehension and communication skills
Ability to work independently after training
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others
