Secretary to an MD

Key Duties:
• Manage MD's calendar, meetings, and correspondence
• Coordinate office administration and logistics
• Facility management and coordination
• Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the MD
• Prepare letters, reports, memos, and presentations
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
• Maintain proper filing (physical and electronic) of documents
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and corporate standards
Requirements:
• HND/B.Sc. in relevant field
• 2–5 years executive secretarial/admin experience (banking advantage)
• Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
