Role SummaryWe are seeking askilled and innovative Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer to strengthenTDL's digital footprint, engage professional audiences, and drive measurablegrowth through strategic online campaigns. This role is responsible fordeveloping and executing end -to -end strategies, creating compelling content,and analyzing performance to elevate our brand presence across digitalplatforms. Key Responsibilities1. Strategy &PlanningDesign and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy aligned with TDL's goals.Define target audiences, set measurable KPIs, and develop campaign roadmaps.2. Content Development& ManagementCreate, curate, and schedule high -quality content (posts, videos, graphics, articles) across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.3. Campaign Execution& Performance TrackingPlan and manage paid digital campaigns, including social media and Google Ads.Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and generate insights -driven reports.4. CommunityEngagementManage interactions, foster online conversations, and coordinate digital promotions to build audience loyalty.5. Collaboration &InnovationWork closely with HR and the Commercial team to ensure aligned messaging and smooth campaign rollouts.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge. RequirementsRequirementsMinimum of 2 years' hands -on experience in social media management and digital marketing.Strong content creation abilities, including copywriting, basic design, and video editing.Proficiency with digital ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Experience in HR, recruitment, or professional services is an added advantage.
