We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. This full-time, onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic marketing team in driving impactful digital campaigns. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our online marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics of digital campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies, improving organic traffic and enhancing search engine rankings

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of digital trends and opportunities

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management

  • Assist in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and optimize for maximum ROI

Qualifications;

  • **Minimum Educational Qualification: BSC, or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role, with a track record of successful digital campaigns

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media

  • Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp

  • Experience in data analysis and using insights to optimize campaign performance

  • Creative and innovative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
