Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized
Project Manager
to coordinate LuminEvent's internal operations, marketing activities, product tasks, and partnership projects.

The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, excellent communicator, and natural executor who thrives in a growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day project operations.
  • Coordinate tasks across teams (Marketing, PR, Product, Partnerships).
  • Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track progress and ensure timely execution of all activities.
  • Facilitate team meetings, documentation, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Support the Founder in strategic planning and operational alignment.
  • Ensure all initiatives are delivered with quality, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the PR/Marketing team to manage campaigns and visibility projects.
  • Manage communication with partners, clients, and collaborators when required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in project management and operations (startup experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Interest in events, PR, marketing, or digital platforms is an added advantage.
