  1. Financial Reporting:

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

  2. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity.

  3. Manage account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.

  4. Financial Analysis and Planning:

  5. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

  6. Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and projections.

  7. Leadership and Team Management:

  8. Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

  10. Risk Management and Compliance:

  11. Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  12. Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

  • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).

  • Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably as a Chief Accountant or Financial Controller.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
