The company delivers technology -driven solutions that empower pharmaciesand healthcare providers to serve their communities more effectively acrossAfrica.Job Objective:The Company is seeking to a dedicated anddetail -oriented Credit Analyst to play a key role in evaluating and managingcredit risks of our client's customers as they expand their reach.The ideal candidate for this role must haveexperience in analysing financial data from various sources, including bankstatements and proprietary datasets and generating comprehensive risk profilesfor businesses and their owners. S/he will be responsible for providing insightsthat will guide credit decisions and ensure that our client's credit exposuresremain within acceptable risk thresholds.Key Responsibilities:§  Assess and make informeddecisions on prospective and existing customers based on credit viability,payment history, credit reports, and overall creditworthiness.§  Analyse financial documents,including bank statements, balance sheets, and legal documents, to assessrepayment capacity and develop detailed risk profiles.§  Use Excel and other analyticaltools to process and interpret large datasets, identifying trends, patterns,and risks.§  Conduct on -site client visitswhen necessary, performing risk analysis and gathering insights directly frombusinesses.§  Prepare and presentcomprehensive credit committee reports, ensuring all credit applications areevaluated with transparency and accuracy.§  Utilize credit -scoring systemsto evaluate loan applications and provide actionable recommendations formanagement approval.§  Monitor customer trends, cashflow analyses, and create financial projections to assess ongoing credit risks.§  Recommend procedural and policyenhancements to improve the quality of credit decisions and reduce riskexposure.§  Stay up -to -date on legal, marketrisk, and compliance issues relevant to credit management.§  Ensure compliance with creditpolicies and draft predictive models to anticipate credit trends and risks.§  Monitor loans for compliance,analysing the financial health of borrowers, and producing clear, objectivereports. Requirements§  B.Sc. in BusinessAdministration, Risk Management, Economics, Financial Accounting, Statistics,or a related field.§  2 -4 years of experience working asa Credit Analyst or in Risk Management within the microfinance or bankingsector.§  Expertise in wrangling andanalysing quantitative data from bank statements and other proprietary datasources using Excel and similar tools.§  Ability to prepare and interpretNPL (Non -Performing Loan) reports.§  Strong bias for risk management,compliance, and critical thinking.§  Up -to -date knowledge of legal,market, and compliance -related risks.§  Proficiency in analysing cashflows, leverage, collateral, and customer financial strength.§  Excellent communication,presentation, and decision -making skills.§  Sound judgment and attention todetail.  BenefitsHealth Insurance (Family), Call andData Allowances
