Role Description
We're seeking an experienced
Senior Manager – RBT Business & Strategic Alliances
to lead the growth of a client's Ring Back Tone (RBT) business with Client Group Telco in Lagos, Nigeria. This role requires a mix of strategic leadership, operational execution, and strong relationship management.
The ideal candidate will own end-to-end business performance, drive campaign strategy, and manage strategic alliances to increase subscriber adoption, engagement, and revenue. You'll serve as the senior representative with client stakeholders, align initiatives with digital service goals, and protect 2AM's long-term interests.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in telecom, digital services, or VAS businesses
- Proven success in driving business growth and managing high-level client relationships
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategy execution skills
- Experience engaging senior telecom executives (CXOs, GMs, VAS Heads)
- Prior experience in African markets is a strong advantage
