Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in
Abuja
for a Relationship Officer. The
Relationship Officer
will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Key responsibilities include account management, sales generation, customer service, and ensuring the satisfaction of clients through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and maintain strong client connections.
  • Understanding of finance and the capacity to provide tailored financial solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in Customer Service and delivering high-quality, client-focused support.
  • Ability to drive sales and meet targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance
