Responsibilities:

  • HND or B.Sc in Banking and Finance, Public Administration, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, office administration, or a related role (experience in real estate is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-management skills.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email handling, and basic CRM or data-entry tools.
  • Ability to handle client inquiries professionally, maintain customer records, and provide timely support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilites:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional customer support.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding property listings, services, and company information.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, property inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in scheduling property inspections, meetings, and appointments for clients and agents.
  • Provide necessary information to prospective tenants or buyers and guide them through initial processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Support sales/letting agents with documentation, client coordination, and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and send out reports, proposals, and other customer-related documents.
  • Update and manage the company's CRM or customer database.
  • Ensure the customer service area is well-organized, welcoming, and efficient.
  • Assist with social media inquiries or online customer engagement when required.
